“A new horse! Well…it’s actually a unicorn.”
“What?!” I exclaimed. This, I had to see.

And so there he was, plain as day. A red, black, and white unicorn with pale blue eyes staring back at me from a stall in the barn.

“There’s…not supposed to be any new horses?” asked a stable hand.
“There wasn’t supposed to be,” I replied, “but he seems to have gotten himself here and he seems quite comfortable. I guess we’ll just…keep him?” I laughed to myself. “A unicorn in my stable.”
